A hardy Oklahoma welcome to Fire Dance Ranch Alpacas!  We are a small farm enjoying a quality herd of Huacaya alpacas.  We have always enjoyed raising livestock, but the level of enjoyment was taken to new highs when we made the decision to enter this wonderful alpaca industry!  

After researching the animals and industry for over a year - well...it just made sense.  Alpacas are such a pleasure to raise and be around.  They are clean, quiet and intriguing.  While costing little to maintain, they provide great income possibilities.  As we continue to grow and learn, we strive to continually improve the quality of our herd.  Fleece characteristics that are so important, such as fineness, brightness, density and staple length are important to our goal setting and selection, while not forgetting good body conformation - that "pleasing to the eye" characteristic.

As Jimmy enjoys his career in the fire service and Kristi finds herself busy with her dance studio, the alpaca business is a welcomed and rewarding reprieve from those demands.  Their daughters Cailey and Cierra join in the enjoyment of the industry, especially attending the shows, making the venture a total family affair.
